It was 45 MINUTES before I received my food ... and STONE COLD FRIES when I finally did get to my car. It was absolutely the... worst fast food experience ever. The entire staff ignored this new employee struggling at the counter while more and more peoplecame inside to order. The trainee chose to fill and partially fill online orders and previous counter orders BEFORE she wouldtake our order. I patiently waited behind another couple and in front of two other couples for 30 minutes without ANY ordersbeing taken. She struggled with most everything she was attempting to do... including opening a brown paper bag. I finally gottired of having online orders leap frog my place in line so I got on the Wendys phone app while I'm IN LINE IN PERSON... andcompleted and paid for my order before the young employee even acknowledged me. Worse... when I showed her my online orderreceipt .... she took fresh fries from the heater and added them to an empty open bag on the counter to wait for the sandwich.By the time my sandwich was ready... the fries were stone cold. Sadly the other employees saw what was happening and didnothing to assist her. It appeared they were ALL OK watching the new employee fail.... but shame on them .... this should NEVEREVER be at the expense of customers! Read more

Food was good, but service from the person at the counter was awful. I understand people have bad days, so I'm still keeping it... at 3 stars. The service I received though was a 1 star experience. I hope the next time i visit this person will be having abetter day. Read more

If I could leave a zero star review I would. There is this rude older lady who has always had extremely poor customer service.... I?ve had multiple people agree with me. Will I return?? Yes. I wont let a rude lady get in between me and my fries. Although sheneeds improvement in customer service. Read more

Ordered on mobile to pick up my order inside. Order went through and I proceeded to drive to pick it up in store. When I get... there the door is locked stating not enough employees to run inside but accepted my order for picking up inside anyway. Calledand was told only way to get it was to go through drive thru, which had a dozen or more cars waiting. I never got my food as Ihad to go back to work and could not wait 30+ minutes in a drive thru. I was not offered a refund and will be disputing thecharge on my card. Read more

Very slow service. The chain is hanging its hat on the freshness of their fries. If they mean fresh, the fries should be hot and... crisp. When you are taking 5 minutes per car, fries don't survive that delay. Read more

It is very slow which I understand they are understaffed, but I don?t think these people even try. Just went to get food and an... older woman I think was the manager was very rude. She gave me my food then promptly shut the window without saying a word. Igot home and there were things missing. I truly understand how hard it is to work in food service and retail right now, but it?sno excuse to be rude to people who didn?t do anything to you. This isn?t the first time I?ve had a negative experience here. Ithas been very poor for awhile. Read more

I don?t think anyone in that establishment last night was fully trained to do their job. I get there, sit 20 min in the drive... through just to be told I need to come inside to get my food (which was a straight-off-the-menu value meal). I go inside, andthere are 5+ people all waiting for their food, and no one is even acknowledging them. Another 10 min go by and not a singleperson has gotten their food. I then saw the cashier try to give a bag of food to 2 different people; both of them statingthat?s not their order. Come to find out (after asking for myself) that it was my order that had been sitting there for severalminutes without anyone saying anything. Staff was rude to literally everyone in the store. Not sure what I was expecting goingto a Wendy?s in the first place, but overall it was a horrible experience and I won?t be back. Read more

Been here in the drive through for literally 30 minutes. I've had dine in experiences move faster. Update, after getting home,... which is a 3 minute drive, the fries were already cold, despite the Wendy's best fry ever guarantee. It wasn't worth sitting foranother 30 minutes to get my free fresh fries. Also, since they eliminated the side salad the least they could do is reduce theprice if you order the salad without the chicken. Read more
