Disgusting! We live in a country where you can't even complain and it matters. Order Buffalo and you get barbecue, order... pepperoni and you get a full cheese! Sadly we only ordered from the pathetic realm of Domino's because nobody else is around oropen now I understand why and even after the pathetic path I chose I realize why I've never ordered from Domino's since I was 12waste of time and money make yourself a pizza with Wonder Bread and pizza sauce from the cabinet. Always a pleasant experience I've never once had a negative thing to say about this crew they are amazing!
I must say that being new to my location & only living in Beverly for about 1 year and few months, this is my main go to take... out for pizza and cheesy breadsticks and that?s because every other Take out joint that I?ve tried has disappointing me and atleast I know what I?m getting with Domino?s, and PLS let me add their in-store coupons and national coupons save me betweeneight to $10 every order so it?s pretty good and very reasonably priced especially with the coupons that are always available.They even give you three dollars for your next order just for picking it up as a ?delivery tip? which is fantastic! thisdominoes is pretty much for the most part always on point and with their food being hot ready and done promptly whether I pickit up or it?s delivered I don?t have issues so I can?t complain about their service as well, even when they were shortstaffedand super super busy they still managed to get my order in and cooked to perfection and delivered to my home ASAP. For the mostpart everybody?s been nice but I haven?t really had much encounters with the actual staff due to her and everything beingcontactless so with that being said, ?Domino?s you guys are my pizza heroes? This location is pretty good, when there good, there good when there not, they definitely are not good. I usually call at night... last minute, they will either hand it to you or put it on the ground. Last time they left the pizza on the ground at the frontdoor but didnt call or knock, luckily i saw the car outside because we would have just thought we missed them. I order threwthem at least 2 times a week and will continue to do so, so I'm going to add an update to my review. :Update: I don't recommendthis location if you have something to do and plan on hitting Domino's late, too many times they have closed outside of regularbusiness hours. And it would be polite of them not to accept the order so that you don't waste a one-time coupon, maybe make theapp so it can't accept the order. Read more
Horrible first time experience and customer service at this location is less than one star. I ordered over the phone because the... online system wasn?t working, I called and the employee putting everything in told me I?m good to go but didn?t tell me how muchmy card was being charged for 1 pizza & dessert. Big mistake for $40 for 1 person led me to receiving my order and two itemswe?re missing including the half done ?apple dip? that I never tried- no cinnamon sticks or soda, I was excited to try for thefirst time. Wow it was a mess. I called the store back to get everything fixed for me and all they could offer me was are-delivery on my missing items but no refund. There is no policy at all on the website that says no refunds. That?s all Iwanted was the refund for the items I did not receive, I didn?t want someone else?s hands put back on it and brought back out.Bad customer service and it?s just sad, at this point of our lives we just need to stay home and make our own food all the time. **Update** since the incident months ago, all orders have been made quickly, without issue, and accurately. You can't beat the... 5.99 each deals. $13 feeds myself and 4 kids which is hard to find. Dominos said they were part of supporting Beverly baseball.They have 4 coupons buy one pizza get one free. When we arrived they refused to honor the coupon. Saying Beverly Domino'sdiscontinued the coupons which cost us 20 to support baseball and it's only for Beverly. Shame on you. You get the freeadvertisement from Beverly baseball then screw the customer when they get there. I was more upset because it was my teenager whohad to pay for their wrong and I feel she was disregarded being young. The total came to 27 for 2 medium pizzas. Meanwhile theyoffer a deal for the same pizza online for 5.99 each nationwide so over charged her on top of it. I did talk to the manager andshe offered me a refund or credit. She was very nice.
