Went In to try this place for the first time. I will never be back. I am in the industry and I was shocked at the price I just... had to pay! With that being said your counter staff needs to stop touching her hair and touching food. If I had a dollar for howmany times she touched her hair it would have paid for my pizza. I wanted cheese add slices, but guy said we\'re not cooking more cause its not that busy. So i ordered a whole pizza( just for... me). Then 2 more people came in and wanted cheese slices, guy told them the same thing. It was 5pm on a Thursday night. Thosepeople left, like i should have. Pizza wasnt that good at all, and need I say that the service was worse. I will not be goingback. When i ordered the whole pizza, he said oh i guess we have to cook it for you. Love the pizza at the Cummings center in Beverly MA. You can get it by the slice. Can mix and match too! The only things is they... need to clean there ovens. I don\'t mind a little burnt pieces on the bottom... but lots can ruin the experience. Read more
Haven\'t been to a Regina\'s in a long time. Went to Beverly location about 130 Friday afternoon. Only one other customer in... there. No hello, no acknowledgement that we were even there. Never asked what I wanted--croaked out the price I owed--no\"thanks for coming in!\"--TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered slices- think they tried to NOT heat them up by telling methey were room temp already (?) Had them heated. Greasy, thin and at $5 a slice , won\'t be going back again.\nSeems, likeeverything, even Regina\'s has gone down the wrong path of quality. Read more
First time was undercooked and meager toppings. It was a busy weekend and post Covid so I thought I should give them business... and try again. Still bad. Second time was burnt and hardly any toppings mostly crust. Too bad, I was excited to have them cometo Beverly. But If I?m going to pay $25 for a pizza I expect a lot better. Read more
Pizza was TRASH both times i went. Gave them benefit of the doubt because we all have off undercooked, hardly had any cheese... and I paid 8 bucks for 2 slices, one of which was literally half the size of the other and didn\'t even come close to fillingthe slice box. I was extremely disappointed after initially being excited. Read more
