I was excited about his place - I love Italian food and Im trying to eat healthy, so this seemed like it could be a good mix.... The restaurant looked pretty cute with a decent menu selection. You pay first and then they bring the food to you. We orderedTruffle Mushroom and Red Pesto. They both were very dry. It seemed like there was not much sauce in either, and we were eatingdry pasta. The people sitting in the next table said they ordered with pink sauce and it wasn't dry. So if I go there again,I'll try that. Read more

This place is pretty good....for a bite size snack. Maybe..the other reviewers had tiny appetite? Maybe it is the adds on of... shrimp and ricotta cheese that made this expensive...? Pasta & wine paring?! YES!! and you know what.. in the HeaRT of BeVerLy HiLLs. I totally love this famous salmon truffle pasta.... The salmon is super juicy and delicious. Not only it looks yummy, it's even more yummy than it looks LOL I was asked by othercustomers 3 times - what is this dish?! Try the side dish tomato salad that comes with VEGAN CAVIER!! Extremely tasty -couldn't recommend more. The dishes are perfect together with their house wine (red) Go at dinner time to enjoy. I really lovethe atmosphere and everything there too! PS. I absolutely LOVE Impasta - you never have to compromise on taste here. It feels like a true indulgence, and you won’t be in a... food coma afterward. Their Romesco is a top choice along with the Eggplant Lasagna (it’s better than Erewhon’s). Oh andanything truffle on the menu is a must. And the mushrooms.
