Yeah, I get the hype. Initially, I was shocked to pay $40 for ramen, but, it is extremely good. And when you think about all... that it takes to make that broth, soaking bones for days on end to create that creamy collagen flavor, and all the complexingredients that goes into making the perfect broth - I mean it’s not some thing you can easily re-create at home. I triedthe clear truffle broth and their signature Ramen with chicken. The chicken is a very clean flavor, no added herbs or spices, but you can tell it’s quality. I do understand the accolades this place receives and would recommend it if you’re in BeverlyHills but I’m not one for traveling to Beverly Hills just for ramen. Read more

Finally made my way to Kazan. This is the most expensive ramen I've ever paid for. But I expected it going in, so I won't... let price be a factor. It is also the 1st Michelin rated ramen I've ever had. Wow it was great. ???? ???????? Went with afellow ramen enthusiast. Definitely treat yourself here for that special ramen night. The restaurant isn't all bougie like theother restaurants in the area with the formal or fine dining experience. Pretty casual. The food is definitely top tier andthe service was on it with constant check up and refills on our drinks. So ya. If you want ???? ???? ???? but not have to dressup for it. And want to walk away with a full belly. This is the spot. Not many people get the chance to have ramen from aMichelin ? place. But if you ever decided to say you did, you can at experience it here without going into 3 bills. So cool towatch them make the noodles. Read more

An amazing noodle restaurant, well deserving of its Michelin recommendation. I got the creamy fusion #3 and the rich, creamy... broth wasn't too heavy, but amazingly delicious. The noodles were cooked to an audente texture and the chashu and wontons wereextremely flavorful. Also had the clams which tasted very fresh, and it's accompanying soup was nice and spicy. The onlydrawback I experienced was in the signature #1 dish. Don't get me wrong, it was extremely tasty, but the truffle seasoning tookover too much of the flavor profile, to the point of making it difficult to finish. If Google allowed a more specific starrating system, I would give this restaurant a solid 4.5 stars. Read more

We had the A5 Wagyu starter to begin our meal. It's not large, but you know what you are getting with that cut of meat and its... cost. Each bite was an explosion of flavor. We shared the #1 Signature with Pork and the #7 Lamb in Lava. Both were excellent. You will be warned of the spice level of the #7 and given the option to request a modification. We had it as-is and found it tobe spicy but immensely flavorful. The fresh truffles cut through the broth of the #1 with ease. It might not be the choice foryou if truffles aren't your thing. Though, it was not overpowering, just worth mentioning. One in our party who normally doesnot enjoy truffles still enjoyed quite a bit of the bowl to themselves with no complaints. We came for a late lunch on aSunday. Zero crowd, no wait, wonderful and timely service. We'll be back when we are in the area, I'm sure. Read more

The ramen here is delicious with the best handmde noodles in town. We had ordered the "lamb in lava," which had the right... amount of spice and incredible flavor! I would order this again, several times over. Unfortunately the prices went up sincethe last time I was there, but can still stand by the quality! Read more

That’s amazing taste. We did know it’s 2021 Michelle restaurant before we went there. The signature ramen is very... outstanding. The price is 28, but I feel it worth that. Read more

Absolutely delicious! We had the fried wings as an appetizer and the signature #1 and #3. The flavors were very unique unlike... any ramen broth and noodles we have had before. Definitely not a budget pick, but you are eating in Beverly Hills and gettingsome of the highest quality noodles. Read more

I came to Kazan a little over a week ago with a friend for an early dinner and had overall a pretty pleasant time. We ordered... the crispy wontons as well as the sake wings to start and the ‘lamb in lava’ plus the truffle soba. The starters were goodand I appreciated that they served all these deep fried items with greens to make me feel a little less guilty although let’sbe honest I never felt guilty. I will say I had some pretty high hopes for the lamb in lava but overall it was really justnoodles in a sort of Szechuan tasting broth that didn’t really hit me the way I thought it would. Sure it was spicy butnothing too crazy although my friend loved it saying it reminded him more of a Hungarian soup. The lamb felt kind of overcookedwhich made sense since it was submerged in a boiling brother and ended up being sort of chewy. The truffle soba was pretty richand delicious though. Unfortunately not really a place I can see myself running back to. Read more
