Great ambiance, lovely service, and a place to hang out and let stress go with great coffee.

I was waiting for an assistant and after 5 min attempted to order on their little digital device on the counters. A... representative told me ?that?s not for playing with,? to which I replied, I?m am not playing with it, I?m trying to purchasepods. He said he could get the coffee for me. I told him that I am an adult, not a child, and I would not be playing with thedigital device. I found his remark rude, and condescending. He could have greeted me while I was standing for 5 minutes and askif I needed help, but instead, he assumed that I was ?playing? with the digital device.(At 65 years old, I wouldn?t be playingwith the digital device.) My roommate and I walked in and walked up to an open counter, as we are walking up Sabrina signals to her coworkers by running... her hand across her neck as if not to serve us and giving us a dirty look. My roommate caught her doing it and Sabrina tried toclean up her act by trying to be more attentive to us as customers. I understand customer service is hard and dealing with rudecustomers is frustrating but we literally had just walked through the door. We did not start any problems with her or any of theother staff. This boutique is right across from my office. I come here to get my coffee pods and morning coffee from time to time. Love the... decor and ambiance of this location. Feels really elegant and they are always staffed. They serve coffee at this location andthe iced coffee with add shot is my go to drink. They have a great area where you can sit and enjoy your coffee. Very cleanestablishment. Also, if you bring your recycle pods you get a free drink! Read more

Well designed, flag ship store, very professionally and knowledgeable employees, specialised on their trade. A great place to... stop by, admire a really cool dinamic wall sculpture, buy your coffe pods, your coffee machine and grab a sweet bite from their cafeteria. Highly recomended stop when in the area. My husband and I drive from Newport 2-3 a month to come here. Love the customer service and of course their coffee is the best.... George Clooney must be proud!!! This place might not look like it, BUT IT IS FILTHY! They have been temporarily shut down by the LA Public Heath Department due... to a MAJOR vermin infestation! That includes cockroaches and rats.
