The worst experience ever, The waiter named Scott flat out said “don’t expect much, we give our attention to people that... come here regularly”. The service was so bad we had to flag down busboys to help us. And then when I complained to the managerhe seemed to care less, did not apologize-it’s top down disaster. I visited the palm at the end of last March and had a wonderful time. I went for a late lunch with a friend following quite a... long night and had the opposite of a light lunch but it was worth every calorie???? We had the veal martini, linguini & clamsauce, green beans, scalloped potatoes, and the king crab risotto. Like I said, not a light lunch. The portions were enormousand the food was rich and delicious. The risotto was full of crab and honestly the leftovers were almost better than the mealwhen it came out! Even after all that we ended with the carrot cake which was super rich but good. Definitely share it. Also Ihave to give props to our server. He was hilarious and gave us his long and terrifying rendition of getting covid. Even after heremained kind, positive, attentive and just sort of kept it very real. Recommend for an indulgent meal. We got seated outside on sidewalk shortly after arriving with no reservation. My wife had the Power Lunch Special with lobster... bisque and 6 oz center cut filet and green beans. I had grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon and came with Frenchfries. The meals were flavorful and delicious! The server was attentive and friendly! Read more
