The staff was very nice, but the food not so much fries were stale cold and over salted. Same for the popcorn chicken
Group of employees chilling out front sipping drinks and smoking at the picnic table. Pulled up to drive thru at 620PM and no... answer from employees,, no sign stating being closed what-so-ever. Horrible: cashiers just stared at me no greeting nothing. They wer like zombies. They didn't know anything about the... products They strips were like cracklings so hard and dark and chewy. Really tough and I paid over $10.00 just to throw intrash. Ridiculous. Pathetic. Sad. No more at the Beverly Hills location. Who trained these people oh I know NOBODY. Original ???? sandwich ???? ???? sides we're mac n... cheese ???? ????, Cole slaw, French ???? n a mountain ? dew mango energy drink (new item). Workers ok n service ???? ok. Dining???? room closed dew to covid restrictions. We did not receive any napkins,silverware, plates, hot sauce, honey, or condiments.Fast food restaurants used to put condiments in your bag at the drive thru. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and it was smashed in a bag with way way too much mayonnaise on it. All that extra mayonnaise... was probably there to cover up the extremely burnt bun. Couldn?t even finish the sandwich.. disappointed with this location onmore than one occasion. Read more
