This once was my favorite Chipotle location. However, it has quickly become the worst. During our visit there was food all over... thr stations and they were out of items. Some of the young people working was goofing off, not paying attention to the customersand did not offer to help except for 1 young man, James.. while everyone else was in the back James was the only person fixingmeals, replenishing low items AND checking us out all by himself.. the other goofy kid kept talking about he was getting readyto leave and didn't care what others did.. it was horrible. I commend James on remaining positive, professional and providingthe best service he could while no one helped him. James illustrated leadership and independence. For the 2nd time the same staff member was exceptionally rude. He complained when my wife told him she had a gift card. He said... it wasn?t going to work before even trying. Another staff member came over & did it in seconds. They also forgot to put ourchips in the bag that we paid for. The service here used to be good. Read more
Clearly bad management and staff with no sense of urgency. The dirtiest Chipotle ive ever seen. Long lines were result of slow... staff. I ordered online for a 12:40p pickup, and had to ask for the order when it wasnt there. They claim someone else tookit. They remade it and I got food at 12:56pm. My salad order wasnt complete... of course. They were just out of the saladvinegrette. How do you run out of items at 1pm on a Monday. Read more
It is almost comical how bad this restaurant is at accurately completing orders. We used to order, for delivery, from there once... or twice a month. Without exception our orders have been incorrect. Since we cannot select the store we want Doordash to pick upfrom, if we want it delivered, we end up getting it from there. Even though we have free delivery promos, we still are forced todrive there and check every order in the restaurant in the futile hope that one day, they will actually read the list of itemsthat need to be put in a bag and then, amazingly, put them in the bag. Today, l they missed: 2x kids drinks, 2x kids fruit, 1xbag of chips, and 1x sprite. The guacamole was brown, bordering on black. When these issues were brought up to the cashier theystared blankly and wandered to the front of the line and started making another burrito. I would say I will be forced to drivea greater distance to ensure my family gets the food we order, but at this point, I am done. Read more
Very gross to be served from a table like that. I told the lady that probably it would be encouraging to order if that table is... cleaned every now and then, , she said they will, once we stop giving them too much jobs ( meaning ordering food). Easily the worst chipotle out there, I have ordered and had to get it delivered from this location because I can?t select a... different chipotle. I received my food with stale chips, one bowl with less than adequate amounts of food and the otherliterally less than half full and missing most of the ingredients I ordered. Not only that but my son?s quesadilla wasborderline glued to the foil the quesadilla I had to rip a solid quarter of it off and his cups of beans and rice were not evenfull. I ordered from this location today and the food was gross. Apparently they are out of cilantro and lime juice? None of the menu... items that normally have cilantro did. The rice, the corn salsa, the tomato salsa, the guacamole. The food had no flavor at all.I could?ve thrown something together at home that tasted better than this. Also my order DID NOT have cheese. But there was alot of cheese on the bowl I received and I didn?t appreciate that because I have a dairy allergy. Read more
After using the app to place a delivery order for a small group at work, our portion sizes were lacking and we had missing... items. We called the Bexley location to notify them about the missing items and very small portions (you could see the bottomand sides of the bowl), the representative was very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Rather than provide the missingitems and offer any solution to the very light bowls, he responded rather disrespectfully and attempted to argue. We opted totake the order back to the location and the manager refused to remake the bowls even after seeing that the portion sizes weresubpar. We've had poor service and small portions from this location before, but they are conveniently located to our office.From now on we will opt to pick up from a different location rather than deal with consistently poor service.
