I LOVE Graeter?s ice cream, and am never disappointed there. But? today I walk into the Bexley location, it smells horrible. No... clue if it was the bathroom, something in the back spoiling, but incredibly unappetizing. I decide to go ahead and order, I?llbe out of the smell quickly. Place my order?. L O N G pause, oh, I can?t get in the cooler for that flavor. Young man stands andstares. Settle on a flavor, he goes to making my order. I decide to purchase my husband a hat, he loves hats. Sign says $10.95.Guy at counter hands me my milk shake, which has ice cream running down the side, rings up hat for $12.95. I point to the sign,he says oh, that must be the price for the old hats. Ok, so will you honor that price? No, I can?t do anything, and it?s not myfault. Starts complaining about management? Yuck, not the way I wanted to start my afternoon. Very, very disappointing. My ice cream was ok, but it was a bit like frozen milk rather than a smooth, sweet ice cream. It just didn't have a sweet taste... to it. The sweetness it did have came from the chocolate chips and cookie dough that was in it. Plus, when it melted, it wasvery runny, not creamy like a good ice cream. Johnson's ice cream is down a few blocks, and they have much better ice cream. Weonly came to Graeter's in the first place because the line was way shorter (but I see why now). Graeter's is more expensive too!So, I recommend going a few more blocks down the street, and wait in the line, because Johnson's ice cream tastes better, andits cheaper. Read more

Today (05/10/22)was my first day revisiting this Graeter?s in a few years. Classically decorated and clean. Various flavors to... sample before making your purchase. Also, they sell cakes and other sweets. Today, I had their new summer flavor orange & creamon a waffle cone and it was delicious. You may enjoy your frozen sweet either indoors or outdoors. Limited parking one the sideof the building and across the street. Nice and friendly staff. Decent prices. Read more
Amazing ice cream, quality and quantity very satisfying. I've had all kinds of ice cream at literally great places and... obviously some bad one's, I'd happily place this on the high end of the top list. Worth the small wait for million smiles....The staff so awesome, funny helpful and really appreciative... Cool place for a frozen treat. I would milk any chance to stop here. Convince of location is nice and so is their service. ... Their prices are a little high but so is the way they top their cones. Many great flavors to chose from. Just don't let it meltbefore you get home. Read more
I had the vanilla and pumpkin ice cream and it was very good. The prices are about like getting a coffee at Starbucks, so fairly... good for ice cream of this quality. It was very good and very thick. Excellent quality for the price. The customer service wasalso fantastic as well. Read more
