My drink is never made correctly anymore, and they are painfully slow and rude. My drink was made (wrong as per usual but... whatever) and 14 minutes later my husbands drink which was only a nitro cold brew was finally ready. So much for enjoying ourmorning coffee together. I don't stop here often but when I do the service is always friendly and prompt. The store is always nice and clean too. Now... onto why I'm leaving my review. While on my way to the store this morning, I witnessed a man try the door of someone's else'scar at a red light. (I believe it was the intersection of E. Main and Gould.) I was still a little shook about it so I told oneof the workers and and he was kind enough to walk me to my car. I was not smart enough to get his name but today he was wearinga brown plaid shirt and he had a black hat and black glasses on. So thank you sir for going above and beyond! Most of my reviews involve working remotely, and this is true with this location. There aren't a huge number of seats here, but... most of them have outlets. Not too loud, which is surprising given the layout of the location. They have a small, separate roomin an old bank vault, which is pretty cool, although it was occupied when I was here. Team is very friendly and efficient.Restrooms have a code, which is not a huge issue for paying customers. I like this location and would work here again in thefuture. Read more
