The time going in to order was 5:30pm, so supper time. I ordered a chili, no chili, so I order a sandwich, no buns and no... shredded cheese. They were down to a single type of timbit. I honestly don't understand what has happened at this location.There were times before where I have gone in around 7-8 and they have no hot food and little bakery and sure, I thought I guessit is later. I'm telling you they need to fire this Hannah B**** ,so I go in to order and I order my coffee and a tbc and when I get it it's... missing the turkey and I proceed to return it and she says I'm sorry we are training(they weren't) and I then said you made it,she then goes off saying I'm banned etc . Usually I don't have an issue with this spot but I went there today getting two medium iced coffees. Using my app I had a coupon... for two for $3. When I got to the window it wouldn't apply my coupon. The staff then advised me the scanner hasn't been workingbut instead of getting it fixed or trying to resolve the situation wanted me to pay full price. Very disappointed in the waythat this was handled just got my money back somebody else can have the two iced coffees that are now sitting on their shelf Read more

Staff seem very busy and productive. Unfortunately, too busy and productive to greet counter customers, make eye contact or... acknowledge the customer. I stood at a cash until a guy rushed by and told me ?she will take care of you over there?. There wasno one at any of the 3 cashes so I backed up to the empty waiting line. After a bit, a woman came to one of the cash registersso I walked up to that one. She fiddled with the buttons, got the first guy to help her with something and then started a bit ofa discussion between the two of them, seemingly about the register. I understand glitches but I just stood there while neitherlooked up or said they?d be just a minute or confirmed that I was standing in the right spot. After a few more minutes, I left. Read more

Funniest experience I ever had at any coffee chain. This review date is 22nd October 2021, 8-9 pm. I ordered my first ever... Canadian Tim Hortons latte coffee. They served me cold coffee. When I asked them answer was, when you ask coffee latte at TimHortons they serve you cold coffee. I think at least in October and onward they can ask we need hot or cold. ????.
