Very discatfide went to drive throw sat there for 10 minutes waiting on 2 big fish sandwich s and then when I receive them one... had the stuff I didn't want on it and when I was still there in the parking lot took a bit of my fish sandwich and it was coldand dry so I went in and let the manager know and she checked it in stead of taking my word for it like I was wrong whathappened to the costume is always right so she said she would make them herself and did and I said for all of my time of watingin drive throw and in the restaurant could I have my money back and she said I'm a new manager and I could either give you yourmoney back or you can keep the 2 new sandwich of course I was hungry at this point so I left but what a horrible experience Read more
Ok my kids live burger King so it's a treat when I take them bc there's none real close by but why are the ones in Biddeford and... South Portland so disgustingly dirty always. I have to clean up just to get to the soda machine and the tables they're so nasty. Read more
BK in Biddeford is hit or miss really...This morning the DT woman repeatedly called me sir...I'm a female...the hashbrowns had... clearly been sitting there since open...they were stale and cold...The burrito was perfect. I love BK, but it's quite annoying when they continuously shut down the lobby for whatever reasons. I mean, I get that things... happens, but the least they could do is put up a sign so that customers are aware and don't bother parking and getting out oftheir vehicles. Or they could at least answer the phone. Read more
!!!WARNING!!! The bathroom floor is as slick as a skating rink. Not sure if it's grease, oil, unrinsed soap, but I started to... slip and luckily caught myself. This happened on 2 separate occasions and I should've told them at the counter but they werebusy and I had to be somewhere. Maybe the mops are not being rinsed out Well enough or being used in the bathroom after moppingthe greasy kitchen area. Either way, it was so dangerous. Be careful. Otherwise we haven't had an issue with the service or thefood. Read more
The dining area is always clean, my order is always correct when I go through the window and their customer service is one of... the best around. A good place for a snack or lunch with your family. Read more
Never actually open 24/7, and the food is always barely lukewarm I've gone multiple times on different days between midnight and... 4am, and honestly your store shouldn't be closed that long even for cleaning. If anything you should constantly be open andclean as you go Honestly not worth the trip anymore. Read more
