I wanted to say that the people there are amazing there was some crazy lady who was just being rude to them and they put up with... her and I tipped them extra because they should not have to put up with people like this and they still after dealing with herwhere able to get people orders done and to Karen out there just get a life and leave the people alone just because you arehaving a bad day dose not mean you have to spread it to them trying to work. Very clean very courteous went above and beyond to make sure the experience was well worth the money great product as well I go... as often as I can, just recently I had a car that had died & I was lucky enough to be able to into their parking lot and whn Ispoke with the manager on duty, she not only allowed me to keep it there until I could fix it or get it towed she also said thatshe would keep an eye on it for me. I went in middle of afternoon so there was no wait on ordering. Food was cooked fast and made just the way I wanted it. I made... my sandwich into the meal deal which was costly. I stopped on my way home from doing some shopping, I stood in lane (with nobody in front of me) for almost 10 minutes. Which... they were busy so I can understand how that can happen. I picked up 3 sandwiches, a large #9, a large ham italian and a mediumsteak and cheese. I upgraded my husbands sandwich to the one pound of meat. First off, it cost almost $36.00. That would havebeen fine if they had actually upgraded his sandwich as requested and PAID for and also if mine (the small steak and cheese)wasn't way over cooked, to the point that it was burnt and crunchy! I often go to the D'Angelo in Biddeford, Maine and they always have the very best service. Today I went with my mother and we... are very difficult for employees as we are very detailed and finicky with our orders. A blonde woman waited on us today and wewere no sweat to hear. She heard our order and promptly made our sandwiches never skipping a beat. This woman usually waits onme when I go to D'Angelo and she is always very patient and kind with expert customer service skills. All of the employees do agreat job as I've been waited on before by other employees as well. Thank-you kind lady at D'Angelo for being a grade A-employeeand always serving me/us with a smile!
