I know that they are a little PRICEY because some of the proceeds go to the Fireman?s ???? Association but could they SPARE the... meat? ???? I ordered a medium barbecue beef brisket with cheddar cheese ???? It cost me ????13.00 I would have expected MOREMEAT at that price!! I wished I had taken a picture of that skimpy sandwich!! The meat was a bit on the salty but it was otherwise tender and flavorful l! The servers were mediocre! ???? I really appreciate that these comments are being heard but I don?tthink anyone is doing anything to improve on these critiques! I read comments similar to mine and the responses from themediators but these issues still occur!! PLEASE PICK UP YOUR GAME GUYS and I may give you a second chance!! Read more
My first Firehouse sub ever. Tastes like a cheap sub for a bunch of money. The meat was flavorless and the bread why dry and... pilly. The roll crumbed as I ate it. It also had a weird sweet flavor. Not impressed and I didn?t finish it. Read more
Would like to give this zero stars if it was an option. This place has horrible horrible service. They have gotten my order... wrong every single time. I have allergies and specifically tell them no cheese, yet they constantly have to remake the ordersbecause they put cheese on the sandwiches. The most recent time I was here, they had to remake the sandwich twice because theymessed it up two times. I told them about my allergy when I ordered. They then make the sandwich with cheese. I ask them toremake the sandwich because of the allergy, they then proceed to remove the melted cheese from the existing sandwich and pass itoff as a new one. This is a serious allergy, so this is absolutely unacceptable. I used to come here often in years past. Thesandwiches were great and the workers were very good. I recently returned to the area for my seasonal vacation again. Theseworkers were yelling at each other and cursing in the restaurant, arguing in front of customers. Extremely unprofessional. Theylook like they would rather be anywhere in the world other than this restaurant. On top of all of this, they can?t even get anorder right or accommodate a basic request to not put cheese on a sandwich. Read more

Firehouse Subs in Biddeford is our new go to on our way to Southern Maine. Subs are always delicious and consistent no matter... what day or time you stop by. Firehouse is not your typical sub shop. Meats are lean and delicious. Toppings are fresh andplentiful. The wheat bread is flavorful and fresh. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Absolutely the best subchain going. I personally love the Firehouse Brand.... however, the Biddeford location hours are absolutely horrible. How do you close at 7?... Weird, hopefully the hours change soon so I can come here more often and enjoy the food since they are open only when I work. Read more
