This is a long post... bottom line: Food amazing, would buy again; what a wild ride just to get a pizza in my possession. The... long story: This visit was a little confusing to say the least. The store is located right at a dangerous inersection, sobacking out is not an easy option during prime time, and backing in is not really an option due to the traffic as well. If yougo at it intelligently you can manage to use sidewalk space to back into and pull out parallel to oncoming traffic. Next up...one you park and get out of the car you're staring at adoor and a sliding window. A man comes to the window and asks how he canhelp. I said I was to place an order and he tells me to come through the door anyway... He takes the order, and the printerisn't working. He slaps it and twists it and pays parts of it sideways and it spits out about 5 receipts from previous orders. Iwish they could solve some of these puzzling points. Ordered delivery. Quick response to answer the call. Very courteous on the phone and professional. Was quoted 30-35 minutes for... delivery. Door bell rang about 30 minutes later. Driver was very well groomed, and polite. Shout out to the driver, Brandon, asan excellent employee. Pizza was ???? hot and delicious. So twice now I?ve ordered Papa Johns from home and I?ve had to wait longer for my pizza than the estimate time. Not only do I... have to wait longer for my pizza but when the pizza finally arrives it?s not even hot and there?s barely any toppings on thepizza. That was the best late night snack we ever had. We were in OOB for vacation and that was the only restaurant making the delivery... that late. Even tough it's far from where we were, the food was still really hot (and so good!). Read more
Today is the last time I ever go back to Pappa John's. My order was overcooked again and this time my papadia was not even cut.... I mean hey I get it you're busy, sometimes the orders back up and end up on the end of the belt oven overcooking. I get it. Butif you can t even take the time to cut my sandwich then you don't deserve my money. And then you hang up on me in mindsentence., So unprofessional for being a manager of Pappa John's. I will never be back and I will literally tell ever singleperson I see who will listen. If there was a negative star system for rating you you would get a negative five. Read more
