They strategically make your latte with SO much ice that it's gone in 4 sips. For $6.
Got An iced green tea latte with coconut milk. My Beverage was made quickly, and tasted great. The service wasn't as friendly as... I'm used to for Starbucks. The girls were more interested in gossiping with each other while my drink was handed to me, leavingme with a bit of an awkward feeling. The drinks were amazing but the best part was the employee. The employee we had was Tommy. He was so pleasant and energetic... when we came in and was very polite. We were on vacation so we are very sad to not be able to see him for a while. Last timewe were here he was working as well and the experience was great!! Read more

Inconsistent, sometimes it's good but more often than not what I receive is watered down or improperly made, it's happened way... too many times at this point. I just want to be able to trust that the $6 drink I'm getting will actually be worth drinking.Employees are lovely but the coffee needs a lot of work. Read more
Poor service! The lady at the register was beyond rude! If I say I want heavy cream in my iced coffee then maybe don?t send me... to get the half and half that is sitting at the condiment station! She didn?t seem to want to be working, if that?s the caseyou may not want to be working with the public. Try putting a smile on your face, it may bring your customers back for more. Read more
