So...it's Subway. Food tastes the same no matter what location you're in. But to see an employee on break smoking right outside... the front door, then drop his cigarette butt on the ground (about 18 inches from the door) was gross enough. But then I watchedhim proceed behind the counter and start waiting on customers. Dude did not wash his hands or anything. This is the soggy, limp, chewy gross bacon I got on my sandwich. I had to pick it off because I couldn?t eat it. Every time I... pay $11 for a sandwich at subway I?m reminded of why I haven?t been there in a while?.because it?s not worth it. Almost $30 for2 less than amazing sandwiches and 1 drink is too much. The person making the sandwich was also acting like she was in a racewith herself or on some timer I couldn?t see to top my sandwich as fast as she possibly could. I felt rushed. Don't use the app.... quicker to go in. I ordered 2 subs at 545....605 was the time to be there. Can't use the app without... payment, why? So when I do walk inside its ten past the guy apologizes and says he going to make them now. Ok thank you....5people walk in after that conversation. 3 orders filled prior to mine. Of course I tipped when I walked up to the register wheni first arrived...stupid move. There were 4 or 5 employees. Finally walk out at 632...what?! Are you KIDDING me? On line orderto keep it simple? Nope don't do it, it's a TRAP for this Subway. Now for the sandwiches...BLT add bacon oil and salt andpepper...no oil dry as all f@q. And then a chicken bacon ranch...no ranch add Baja sauce and add capicola..Capitola...nope notadded...paid for it too. And meat...or chicken rather...a whole 4 pcs. Never again. I placed a order on line with flatbread in both sandwiches, one comes heated and the other not. I did the express pickup, read... the receipt and asked for some help. My intention was for both to be heated. The staff was very professional and quick toassist. The store was busy and no customer missed a beat in service. I have ordered delivery from this Subway location twice and both times were disappointing. Last weekend, I ordered a sandwich &... requested two sauces (both on the side) and left a note in The instruction section as well, explaining/reiterating this. Myfood was delivered- on the ground!!! Outside of a hospital. How unclean and gross! Who would want to eat off the ground of ahospital!?? I didn?t even eat any of it? because when I opened the packaging up the sandwich was SOAKED with the two sauces andthe bread was soaking, soggy wet. It was a waste of time and money? and frustrating because I was at work and ordered it to havefor dinner during a 12+ hour shift. I have also contacted customer service (via email & the store phone #) to address thisissue and have gotten no response thus far. I won?t be back or supporting this business again in the future.
