I doordashed a salad without spinich and got a bowl with chicken and a couple of tomatoes thrown in it.
Have given this location many attempts because I love the smoothies and the Tai Chicken Wrap. The wait time is always AWFUL!... Even if there is no one in front of you! I Ordered today and my smoothie was ready as I pulled up to the window and she said myfood will be ?right out?. I sat there so long, I finished my smoothie. She comes to the window and starts talking about anotherorder, clearly they forgot my wrap. Instead of telling me that and maybe to pull around while they make it, they clearly threwit together as fast as possible. The outside was toasted and parts of it were semi warm but most of it was frozen, cold, andgross. Also, there was so much sauce slopped inside, that as soon as I unwrapped it, it spilled all over me. I am not going toaccept that they are ?young or immature or inexperienced?. I was managing a Pizza restaurant at 16, no excuses for this kind ofstuff. Do better! Read more
The smoothies are very good. Don't go here if you don't have patience. Extremely slow service. Make sure you have plenty of gas... if you go to the drive thru. Although the staff is very friendly. Read more
I don?t even know what goes on back there but everything you order smoothie, wrap anything will take them about 10 to 15 mins to... prepare. All the employees seem extremely immature and don?t care about appearance or how long they make there customers waitfor simple items. I highly suggest asking for money back when they take extremely long so maybe they will hurry it up whenthere company starts loosing money. Waited 30 minutes in a drive through line we couldn't get out of for 1 smoothie. We got to the window and they never even put... the order in the system from when we ordered it in at the speaker. Not going here again Read more
Went through drive-thru. Fast service. Pleasant experience. Food was good. My only complaint is a major one though, paper... straws!! After about 3 minutes of the PAPER getting wet it collapses on itself and starts to fall apart. Paper comes into mydrink and now I can not finished the rest of my smoothies 3/4 full because the paper straw is not functional. Paper straws areuseless!! I will not go back if that's the only option. I did ask for a lime straw but they were all out. This was before I evenknew they switched to PAPER straws!! What a useless invention!! PAPER!! Very disappointed. I love tropical smoothie, but usually do not have time to wait in the long lines, so imagine how excited I... was for online order and pick up options. The past two times I have gone, I pre-ordered an hour in advance and paid, and wasgreeted to a locked door. After calling numerous times, I explained my confusion. I was told they felt too busy to have thelobby open and would like people to use the drive thru. Yet the signs said open, there was nothing posted on the entrance, andnothing on the website when ordering. The worst part is, is my smoothie was NEVER made on time, I was stuck waiting both timeswith no apologies. Read more
