I figured I?d leave a review , seeing so many negative reviews before coming to this bar. I was a little skeptical about coming... when I seen the comments about people seeming to be racist, but I?m glad me and my boyfriend tried this place despite what weread. I?m here on a Wednesday night, they?re playing hip hop, the people and the staff are very sweet and it?s very clean! Thebartender was a young lady who is very sweet & greeted us with a lovely smile. Instantly felt at ease. The manager, or who Ibelieve was the manager, also checked on us to make sure we were good. I haven?t experienced the other bars but this one is theone to be at. Place smelled like pee. Couldn't get any service or acknowledgement at the bar. Me and my friends went for a fun night out, felt... completely unwelcomed upon arrival. Place has a racist vibe. Stood at the bar for 20 minutes no service. There was 7 bartendersworking, 5 serving customers behind the bar. We tried standing at 2 different spots at the bar was completely ignored by thebartenders. They served customers next to us but not us. Acted as if we weren't there. Made effort to completely disregard andignore us. My friend was able to get the attention of a bartender he made eye contact and looked at my friend then completelyignored him and asked the lady standing next to him, who had barely walked up what she wanted to drink. I believe it was becausewe were out of towners and because we were the only mexicans there. They made it clear they don't like people of color. Nevergoing to this location ever again. Racist and unprofessional. Worst experience I had ever going out in general. Was surprised toexperience that in California from other young people this day in age. You would think they would want the business. Big bear isa beautiful place but don't waste your time or money at this bar. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
Let me tell you about this place, I went outside to smoke and they thou I was leaving without paying my check even my friends... were still at the table, they don?t explain your check when you ask about it, they give bad service, my friends who were in thebar area closet out their bills, upon leaving the security guy asked if we pay the check, even we showed our paid ?check? hestated that we gotta wait until he confirms that we had paid. Visiting this place was one of the worst experiences, today I wentto 3 different bars and the service was amazing but this place was horrible. Read more
The DJ was on point!!!! @dj_l.i.t. Not only can he mix but he knows his throwbacks and current music. It was a good space, good... flow. Drink fairly priced. I will be back with my friends and family. Read more
Best spot for night life in Big Bear. They have DJs on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Bottle service, ping pong, air hockey... and awesome music. The bartenders are amazing and the owner is awesome ! This place is the life of the party on the weekends.The place to be in Big Bear! I was told about the racism that "happens"here so my friends and I were skeptical about going. Also heard they tend more to... their regulars. We arrived on a Saturday night and we had a great time, DJ was great, bartenders were friendly and attentive.Going again December for my sister birthday. Read more
