This is the worst dominos I?ve ever dealt with. My Wife and I are here visiting big bear lake for our honeymoon and we ordered... some pizza after driving 10 hours here from Utah. We ordered our pizza an hour and a half ago and are still waiting. Theyfinished the quality check at 8:25pm and it?s now 9:17pm. The nightshift workers are awesome. Although our order did take a little bit, the results and flavor and crust were phenomenal!... So light and airy. The manager was also super considerate, giving us free shakers as compensation for the wait. Highlyrecommend, will not be disappointed. Don't listen to the bad reviews. p.s. the restrooms are clean. Not bad, reliably decent quality that allows for online ordering, easy parking and pickup. But always check your order before... you go, never had a problem with quality but they will miss a sauce or an icing that goes with the cinnamon bread wont make itinto the pickup for some reason. Have ordered Extravaganza pizza NO ONION and they put onion on it anyway. So I take a secondpeek to double check before I leave. With that said they still get 4 stars cuz anytime I have called to tell them they missedthis or that they have been more than accommodating and helpful to make it right. Read more
I am disappointed in myself for not reading the onslaught of one star reviews. So we placed our order for two pizzas and a... pasta at 8:30 pm. We were told it could take up to an hour. That first hour came and went and still no sign of the pizzas orpastas we ordered. At 10 o'clock my wife called to check on the status of the order and was left on hold for a little over 20mins. The order finally arrived lukewarm at 10:23 pm. We filed a complaint and honestly the free pizza is the least they coulddo. With no apology from the driver. The only other course of action was to call the location but why would we waste our time onhold for a second time. The definition of insanity is "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."Hence we opted not to call the location. I urge everyone to save themselves and order from someplace else, from ANY otherplace!!! We however will not order from this location again.. Read more
Ordered a pizza that was delivered with parts of the pizza missing. I called to get a refund but was was yelled at and told not... to call back and I would not receive any refund. After several attempts to talk to the manager and being hung up on, I?m fullyconvinced this place hires ur local crack heads to answer their phones, prepare their pizzas and deliver their food. Worst experience I have ever had. The employees were rude, dismissive and openly making unnecessary comments about customers.... The lady with the lip piercing was eating over food, approached the front while chewing to help customers. The older lady wasscreaming comments at customers from the back. The GM needs to reevaluate the people they have working for them. If I couldselect 1/2 a star I would and that is being generous. I canceled my order and left. Read more
