Worst of the worst so far. Food tastes like resin, rubber. Restaurant smells like a chemical plant. They DON?T SERVE BREAKFAST.... To go food is served the same way as dine in food, in paper bags. Napkins are in short supply, only 2 napkins for 4 people. Read more
It's a McDonald's. But it's nice to have one nearby when they have good deals on the app like free medium fries with $1 purchase... on Friday. Just get a small drink and refill while eating your fries. Read more

I love their fish sandwich! I get it with no cheese, extra tarter, add pickle and lettuce. It's one of my favorite things to... eat. The prices are good, good service, and there's no tipping. Read more
This McDonald's has the worst cleanliness I have ever seen. First thing in the morning and not a single table was clean. Clearly... left from the night before. When we asked the manager to clean the table she said we don't have anyone.... you're the freakingmanager! What do you mean you don't have anyone?! There were only two cars in the drive-thru and three people in line inside.It's not even busy! You can take two minutes to clean your tables! To top it off we had items missing from our order. The ladywas rushing for literally no reason. I don't expect 5 star dining when I go to McDonald's but the standard here hit way belowthe bar. Read more

As alot of McDonald's are, it's a quick place to score a quick meal but this location didn't get my order correct, nor was it as... tasty as it should've been. But, you're in Big Bear for the activities, not the food so this would be the place just to satiateyour hunger without breaking the bank at other restaurants so that you can get back out to play in the snow. This mcdonalds is the worst. The owners already charge over double what a regular mcdonalds charges. Understandable because its... in a resort town but during the winter they take away any combo deals apparently. why is the 2 egg mcmuffin deal out of stovkbut i can buy 2 individually? GREED. When asked about this all they had to say was "were an independent franchise & have theright to take away deals".
