Conveniently inside Vons. Atmosphere suffers because of that convenience, but who cares? The drinks were tasty. We asked for 4... steamers for children, and I made a point to ask them to keep it on the warm side, not hot, but they came out too hot andcouldn't be sipped the entire 20 minutes we lounged there. They ended up being tossed out, to the children's dismay, and to mywallet's regret... but temperatures can be tough to get just right. Read more

This Starbucks is garbage. Literally only open when they feel like it, or the air quality is fair enough for them to work... "indoor." There's not one employee here who takes pride in their job, or their drinks. The quality of this Starbucks is dismalcompared to the rest, and the that's being generous. Another garbage establishment in the valley that we don't need. Read more

Worst Starbucks experience. They blocked the restaurant off. You can not order inside. Only mobile apps and drive through. No... explanation why. Maybe because it?s Labor Day weekend. Read more

Great coffee ?? I usually get the iced americano decaf with some cream on the side, sometimes on ice. My kids love their hot... chocolate ???? ???? ???? they have nice cookie ???? selection ???? service is quick and very efficient. Read more

Very sad that when you pay so much for drinks and they get it wrong they just roll their eyes like you are the one who made the... mistake, rather they took the order wrong. At this point, this I'm no longer going to Starbucks. If you are unhappy at your jobdon't blame the customers when you get their drink wrong. Roll your eyes at yourself for not listening to the customer, it's noteven about you making the drink correctly at this point, once the barista rolled their eyes that was it. I suggest going toanother place for coffee. And yet, corporate will probably look at this post as Whatever!! Sad to say. Read more

Prepared drink were done reasonably well, poor attitude and rude communication. Fire place is nice, short line a plus. Manager... doesn't know corporate policy and believes working for the company for 18 years makes her an expert. I was right, you werewrong, thanks for the free drinks after contacting corporate, what a waste of my time and yours. Hopefully they'll provide sometraining to you and you'll try harder to be a nice person. ???????? Read more
