Last weekend I got a sub here, the bread was stale and hard. Like a croton. Today I figured I'd give this location another... chance. I get there at 5:30 pm amd the doors are locked. The sign in the window and Google both say they are open until 6pm. Iwon't be giving them a 3rd chance. Read more
This place has the nastiest slowest workers. I had to tell them to wash their hands and to change out their gloves 3 times. Do... not recommend. They truly need better training. Read more
I used to work for Subway in Texas and this is probably the Worst Subway Ever. They have no training on portion sizes. Every one... of our subs had 1/3 of the meat it's supposed to. The staff was not attentive nor professional. We didn't realize that the foodwas made so poorly until we got to our destination and since we were on vacation we were not going to drive back to the store sowe filed a complaint online and after a month they still have never even responded to me so here's this bad review with apicture of one of the subs. Super fresh bread and ingredients. My 1st visit here since I moved up and I am not disappointed. It was super delicious and... the staff was very very friendly. Hard working people making tons of sandwiches to fill online orders. It's definitely a mustif your ever up in big bear and want a yummy sandwich. Read more
My son loves Subway! We ordered online and picked up. It was very easy and convenient. The sandwich was delicious according to... my son. They leave the front door open which is a nice touch for good air circulation. Read more
Sandwiches were good, but they made an error on the bill that we had to go back and correct. Eating area was clean, restrooms... were not, and out of towels in men's room. Wanted to tell this to staff, but they seemed a bit stressed already. Garbage canswere full to overflowing. Staff was friendly, but someone was not able to keep pace with the housekeeping needs. Today was the third time the Subway store didn't receive the order I placed and paid for online. I received an online receipt... for my order saying that it was being made and would be ready at 4pm as I requested. When I called the store to verify thatthey had received my online order I spoke to a very rude person who said she had not received my order and couldn't make ituntil she received it online. She also said that sometimes the store never receives the online orders. I asked who the ownerwas and she said someone named ----, who also owns two other businesses here in Big Bear Lake. When I tried to ask her anotherquestion, she hung up on me. I went down to the store in person and showed her the receipt I had received which said that thestore had received my order and that it would be ready at 4pm. She said she hadn't received it and her manager told her shecouldn't make the order until she received it online. I left my name and phone number at one of the businesses that ---- wassupposed to be at and ask that he please call me back regarding the situation at the Subway he owns. That was 2 hours ago. Needless to say the Subway in Big Bear Lake, will no longer receive any of my business. Read more
