As I'm sitting in the drive thru leaving this review. The manager, her name is Jocelyn, said, "We are out of coffee until the... delivery truck comes in". (This was at 10pm, they close at 11pm( When I pulled up to window a very cordial and unsuspectingemployee gave me my order. When I asked about the coffee he stated they have plenty of coffee and seemed confused. She was inthe background, sneered at me and had him close the window to tell him something. Once he handed me my coffee I asked why itwas so difficult. He said they already cleaned their coffee pots and because of my order they had to clean their coffee potagain. Are you kidding me! I went inside and was told to order from the machines. I tried, the machines were not taking payment. Ordered my burger with no... onions. Yep, had onions. About a dozen flies buzzing in the kitchen. I'm not from this state so I guess health codes are lesshere. Read more

Sometimes you just know that the order will be messed up!! Two straight up filet meals and dbl CB no pickles extra onions. Iced... coffee no liquid sugar, no vanilla creamer. I have been pleasantly surprised! I hadn't been back for about a year; I don't live in the area but when I'm driving through I... have tried to avoid it due to several bad experiences in a row. Out of desperately intense hunger, I stopped a couple days agoand the workers were a 180? from the last ones I talked to; they were kind, friendly, forthcoming, and helpful. This is the most filthy and disgusting place I have ever been. Dirtier than a truck stop. NOT exaggerating. All trash cans were... overflowing, and one was actively leaking. Trash was left laying on tables and the floor. The floor had not seen a broom or mopin a while, as judged by the crumbs and sticky soda spills everywhere. Poop on the toilet. Slime on the walls. Employees withoutnametags, one with no uniform, one wearing her purse while pulling fries from the fryer. I can't make this stuff up. I broughtthis to the attention of 2 separate managers. We were there for 2 hours, letting kids play in the play place on a 100 degreeday. We would have left immediately otherwise. So gross. Probably the climbers there were the cleanest part of the place. Very nice young lady took our order. Chicken sandwich meals, everything was hot and tasty, quick meal on go.
