Dear Carl?s Jr., The best part of my meal shouldn?t have been when I got to leave the restaurant. I asked for a bacon, egg, and... CHEESE combo meal and a bacon, egg, and CHEESE biscuit. I did not ask for rock, bacon, and egg combo with soggy 2 day old potatodiscs. Furthermore. I didn?t receive cheese on my rock, bacon, and egg biscuits. When I went back to the counter for the itemsto be remade I was literally handed 3 slices of cheese and told to have a nice day. No stars for you or your restaurant. Thankyou, have a nice day. The burgers tasted good, but they got my order wrong. And the ketchup packs I was given were covered in half dried and sticky... ketchup which is unsanitary. The burgers had a single slice of tomato and a single lettuce leaf that might have covered half ofthe patty. And finally the buns were stale. Read more
I'd give them 10 Stars if I could for their Angus Burger. No other fast/fresh burger chain even comes close. Fast. Fresh.... DELICIOUS. And excellent fries. Read more
I ordered to dine in and when I got my food it was in a bag and I was beside myself because I had told them twice it was for... dine in which makes sense because I didn't know that they were out of certain ingredients and they probably just gave me the bagthinking I was going to leave and go down the road and deal with it but when I confronted it the Kitchen manager she was a veryrude lady, she was not prepared for her duty's. They were out of certain ingredients that are the key components to the combomeal we ordered. When confronted about the missing ingredients the manager told us that she didn't have the ingredients readyand that lunch usually they start making it around 10:00 which this is a lunch all day store and also told us because thesandwich barely had any lettuce on it that she was going to charge us for the extra lettuce which is by far not heard of itCarl's Jr establishments. I've never had problems like this out of Carl Jr usually it's a very peaceful nice place to eat buttoday it was not busy at all on a Saturday afternoon it was only one other patron in the store and they were blown away by howrude the kitchen manager and staff were. Every time I come here for lunch they mess up at least one thing in my order. Today I ordered a large double western combo and... received a single patty western and no fries. Thanks guys keep up the great work! Read more
I had the chicken strips...wasn't much flavor as expected...needed ketchup or sauce to add flavor. However, the people I came... with ordered a burger and enjoyed it. We asked for ketchup and went out to the car and found no ketchup in our bag. Other thanthat, good place to order out while gasing up. Read more
Great pit stop on I-44! Facilities we?re clean and maintained well. Staff was efficient, helpful, and friendly. I tried the... Frisco burger, and it was so good! The jalapeño double cheeseburger was also very tasty. Good burgers for a good price. Whenwe?re driving through, we?ll definitely stop by again. Read more
I will never ever purchase food from this Carl's Jr. specially at night. Fries are always cold and the burgers and sandwiches... are disgusting. On Friday at 8pm I purchased a chicken sandwich and i received a cold chicken the size of a chicken tender withtwo pickles and 1 pound of mayonnaise on a over size buns oh and the fríes were hot this time is because I order waffle fry sothey had to make some.
