Poor service.. my mother's order was wrong.. gave her a hot coffee when she had ordered a cold press do they fixed it.. I... ordered a Large nitrogen cold press.. was given a small.. when I told the one staff member I had ordered a Large one she quitesnotily replied "it only comes in one size" which then I replied "the cashier didn't tell me that, I don't want it and I want mymoney back" Got my money back but the Asst. Of course I would rate Caribou 5 stars I mean who wouldn?t? I love Caribou even though sometimes they take a long time complete... my order. Some drinks I recommend would be the sparkling green tea lemonade with a full shot of raspberry, a decaf or not ifyour feeling it caramel cooler with no whip cream, a vanilla cooler with no coffee and chocolate chips with no whip cream, Ialso recommend there old fashioned donuts, there plain bagels and many other food items such as there sausage egg muffins thoseare the best! I've always had fast service at this Caribou. Coffee has always been prepared accurately and tasted great. The staff has been... friendly and courteous, always making sure that we have everything they can help us with. The place is always clean as well. Read more
We went there at 755 tonight after my daughters Christmas concert. Before we ordered our 6 drinks we were rudely told they were... closing in 5 minutes. The girl that made our drinks was completely disgusted and as slamming cooler doors and throwing thingsinto the sink in the back. In the 6 minutes we were there waiting for our drinks we were told more than 3 times they close at 8.We got our drinks and we were leaving. 2 of the people were not even out of the shop yet and they shut the lights off.Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I had a great time at Caribou. They made my drink exactly how I asked, and they even put extra Andes mints on top. I love this... place and it is great to go after volleyball practice to study and finish homework. This place is definitely one that I wouldrecommend for the middle school high school and college crowd. I ordered a cooler and they gave me a hot drink, they probably miss heard me. But when I said I ordered a cooler they were happy... to remake it for me and let me keep the mistake hot drink too! They also have a little kids area to entertain kiddos! :) lovecoming here! Read more
