The beautiful waiter made my experience. His attention to detail with my big, fat, juicy chicken tendeies made my night. No it... made my whole afternoon matter of fact. His handsome face will be embedded into my memory for days to come. Those chickentenders were perfectly cook by the perfect person. ????????????. When the 9:00pm bell rung my heart dropped because I knew thenthat the best 60 minutes of my life was now over. At first I was super angry at the slow employees because the 4 fat juciytenders took 50 minutes to arrive at me seat. But once I saw the care, and detail put into tanons meaty tenders my angerinstantly vanished. First only reason i am giving a 2 is bc the food was not bad however with that being said our burgers appeared as if they were... just thrown together and there was more sauce in the box than on our burgers. The lobby had trash all over it there were kidshanging in the lobby distracting the workers. The womens bathroom was disgusting as well as the doors to the entrance. Also iasked for marinara to go w my cheese curds was told yall didnt have any so i asked for ranch. Extremely disappointed with how rude the employee was at the window. I was trying to get points with my dairy queen app and the... guy working the window told me I can't get points unless I use the app to order online (he thinks). The app has an option toscan and earn points in person when you order as any app does. He had no idea what I was talking about and did not try to helpme with this at all. I have a big family and every point towards a reward matters when you're spending money on treats for thefamily every once in a while. He had a different employee come ask me what I was saying and she was incredibly rude. She handedus our food and rudely said have a nice day followed by quickly shutting the drive-thru window in our faces. The only reasonthey got one star is because the drive-thru process was fairly quick and we did not wait forever to be helped initially.Otherwise, maybe it was quick because they don't want to answer anyone's questions or give good customer service. Regardless, Ihope this location can learn how to assist their customers better. Read more
While I am glad to see the younger generation wanting a job it's super frustrating when all they do is sit and chat. 3 employees... stood at the counter chatting while I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. It wasn't until the person running outside camein and he was TOLD "ask her what she needs" and said employee went back to her personal conversation. Read more
Toast was burnt, fries were not done and the gravy that I usually love was so thick it could pass the test they do with... blizzards, where you turn it upside down and it doesn't move. Very disappointed. Fast food workers want $15 an hour but this isthe quality of food that they produce. Read more
