Gone are the days of freshly made sandwiches. My brisket sandwich had obviously been under a heat lamp. The meat was dry and... chewy with a leathery looking piece of cheese. There was a very rude, hostile customer that came in after receiving a sandwich that had tomatoes on it. It was the only thing... wrong with her order, but she threw her bag across the counter and told them that they did everything wrong. She made ituncomfortable for everyone in the restaurant. The staff was polite and quickly fixed her order. When they gave her the foodand told her that she could keep her first sandwich as well, she threw it. They did a great job keeping things as calm andpeaceful as possible despite her behaviors. They didn't try to mock or have eye gestures to indicate any disgust with her whenshe left. It was handled very maturely for a staff of what looked like college-aged students. I was highly impressed with theprofessionalism. I believe that this happened on 8/20/2022 at around 2:10pm. I hope that the staff knows that their positiveattitudes and workplace ethics is appreciated. Read more

Staff and service is friendly and quick. Food and shakes are amazing. Prices aren't too bad and the food is filling.
Food was rushed and cold. We had to pull forward to wait for... cold food. The only thing that was hot was the oujous for the... French dip.... which was only half full to begin with. Very disappointed considering the freshness and quality of other fastfood restraunts in the same area. Read more
Thank you Arby's It's back on 11/20/22. Sunday is heavenly Burger Day at Arby's. The Waygu burger returns. There is a God!!... Anyway, 5 months ago, I tried the NEW WAYGU Burger. It was fresh, hot, and tasty. This is a winner for Arby's restaurant. Thestaff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. A very pleasant experience for anyone who dines in or has a carry out.
