The food here is great, but this location has always been insanely slow. Wait times are normally in the 15-20 minute range,... which I assumed was just because everything was cooked fresh. I've never been to another Culver's with such a long wait, I wasworking in Cadillac for a while and was blown away by how quick they were. That and ketchup. Doesn't matter how much I ask for,they never give me enough. My last trip was like $16 and I asked for a bunch of ketchup. I said three times ketchup, theyconfirmed it back to me every time. I came here for a meal but was instead greeted with an experience. The service was efficient and delightful. What stood out most... was the quality of food! I have had plenty of Culver's but this was hands down the best burger, fries, and concrete I've everexperienced. Read more

Adam seems to be a cut above the rest when it comes to staff at this location. He is attentive, efficient and very polite and... accommodating to his guests. I see big success in his future whatever that may lead to. He took good care of my family when wevisited for dinner and the squeaky girl at the register forgot part of our order.
