Good subs and there is a drive thru at this location.
Ordered food online customized my order simple things cut in half paid extra for the kickin ranch. Girl was really rude sandwich... wasn't cut in half and no kickin ranch. Online order it was all there. Do better Jimmy John's! Read more
I use delivery and I have no problem with the food itself, though the lady was a little rude when discussing the fact maps... didn't bring her to the correct address. And while I know the store itself cannot do anything with the app, I think a pinadjustment for addresses like what doordash has or if it is already an available feature, make it more obvious for users. I'm biased because I love Jimmy John's but I've never had a bad experience here. If I had to complain about something it's that... they were sold out of BBQ chips on this occasion but I easily found alternatives in the gas station half of the store. Still 5stars in my book.
