I use delivery and I have no problem with the food itself, though the lady was a little rude when discussing the fact maps... didn't bring her to the correct address. And while I know the store itself cannot do anything with the app, I think a pinadjustment for addresses like what doordash has or if it is already an available feature, make it more obvious for users. I'm biased because I love Jimmy John's but I've never had a bad experience here. If I had to complain about something it's that... they were sold out of BBQ chips on this occasion but I easily found alternatives in the gas station half of the store. Still 5stars in my book. I called and asked if they would deliver to me and I live 2.6 miles from them. But because I am OUT of their radius they won?t... and the lady was very very rude about it. But then I found out today that they will deliver 6 miles away because it?s ?in theirradius?. I live not even 5 minutes away and the women wouldn?t even let me talk before she kept cutting me off!
