So, I was just trying to put a large online order in..the app was having trouble.I called in my order due to fighting with... online ordering for 20 min. Nice young man answered took my order I asked if I could get the online special due to the issueswith online ordering. He stated there's been alot of people with the same issue as I was having..let me ask my manager. He askedmanager said absolutely not.. I said well then I will go to one of the other 5 pizza places in town. Young man again told hismanager they would loose this whole order. Mind you I can hear the conversation they are having.. manager said No and so what. With that being said whomever this manager is on 11/19 @ 1:05 should not be a manager and needs to learn some customer serviceespecially when it's there online having the issue... Read more

I went in today and they had pepperoni hot and ready only. The girl said that?s all they had and I told her that would be fine... since I was in a hurry. She said anything else would take time. I said fine I will just get what?s ready I?m in a hurry. She setthe register to take my payment and left. Payment made she came back to my pizza going out the drive thru window. She smiled andsaid my pizza will be ready in a few minutes. Really if she finished her job instead of walking away I would have had lunch. Iasked for a manager who was no help he had issues doing a refund. I asked for the number of the district manager. A guy walkedout and said he was. I told him what happened. I told him about coming in another time for the lunch deal and there were pizzasand it was 10 minutes before the deal was over. The girl at the counter was doing a safe drop and I said it was ok. She finishedthe drop asked me what I wanted and when I asked her for the lunch deal that was still in the heater she told me that it was tolate to get it. I told the wannabe district manager about both experiences and his answer was we do the best we can. No offer ofapology no offer of a free pizza. Nothing but probably both orders happened at the same time. Next time order on line. So muchfor hot and ready. So much for good customer service. If she got the pizza instead of walking away this wouldn?t have been aproblem. Not giving them another chance!!! Read more

We accidentally spilled sauce on my car at the drive through window. The dude working leaned his whole body out the window to... clean it up for me. He also gave me a new sauce. 10/10 tasty food and great employees. Read more

This location is one of the best I've been to for making Little Cesar's pizza. It's never over or undercooked. Having to... constantly use the drive-thru to pick up my order is an inconvenience. Read more

Constructive criticism, this policy of not letting people get the food out of the pizza portal and go through an hour long drive... through line has to change. It takes 0 workers time for me to type 3 numbers into a machine. Here is the solution, drivethrough and pizza portal only. You add one extra printed sign on your door. You encourage your customers to order online andpeople come and get their food when it is ready. No employee interaction except making the food. This is a more efficient useof your workers time, and creates a better customer experience. This is how all other fast food restaurants have run throughthis pandemic. Including other Little Caesars. I hope this is seriously considered, the pizza portal is such a unique toolthat most restaurants don't have access to, why limit the best tool you have? I will gladly remove my review when you fix this. Read more
