The endless garden bar is always fresh and offers plenty of options. I've never arrived to dine at this restaurant and found a... poorly maintained garden bar. There are many gluten -free options not only in the garden bar but on the menu as well.Unfortunately, going gluten-free was not an optional dietary choice. I went to Ruby Tuesday in Big Rapids, MI on Thanksgiving evening. I was extremely impressed. The food was fantastic and... reasonably priced and the service was extraordinary. My bartender, Keri, was top notch. Charming, attentive, knowledgeable, andeven though she was working on Thanksgiving, she never complained. My compliments to the management. The food was great. I ordered a burger and fries. The staff was very friendly. Really can't say anything bad about the... experience. I tried their wild berry lemonade at the recommendation of our waitress. I can't drink soda or tea because of thecaffeine. The lemonade was excellent. Service slow. Kitchen slow. There at 7:30 on Saturday night. Wish we had the salad bar, but $12 each seemed a lot - no... soups. Lumpy mashed potatoes, chicken cooked past juicy, broccoli - I don't know how they cooked it but tasted 1/2 burned. 1sttime I visited. Not in a hurry to return.
