I will never buy from this subway again. I bought a steak and cheese melt online, and upon going home to eat it I find the most... scrawny, soggy, smashed sandwich I?ve ever gotten from subway. I called to ask if there?s any way I could get a voucher orsomething considering I spent $7.20 on that piece of garbage, but the manager told the employee I spoke with on the phone thathe could not give me one since I already had eaten the sandwich and obviously couldn?t bring it back. Like, of course I ate it,I am a busy college student so I eat when I have time and turning around to go there and get a new one after already gettingback home was not something I had time for. Terrible customer service on the manager?s part whoever she is, and this subway willnever again receive my business. Read more

Food was great and the staff friendly. Unfortunately many tables were dirty and the lobby could use a good cleaning.

Absolutely disgusting. An overuse of sauce that blunted the flavor of everything else. Truthfully, the sauce leaked through... every bit of paper containing the sub. I feel like they were upset with an early order, nothing that I ordered on the sub camewith it. Just extremely dissatisfied. Read more

Food was amazing, customer service was extremely lacking. The cashier who rang us up was very rude and made rude gestures and... rolled her eyes. They refused to accept our printed gift cards we bought online from the subway website. The lady was veryimpatient as we asked her to call the manager and ask what we could do. In the end, we had to add the gift cards to the app,then use the app to pay. When we walked back up to pay, the cashier looked at us, then walked to the other side of therestaurant to help other customers. This occurred multiple times. We were ignored and deemed unimportant because of the addedhassle the gift cards caused. The other workers were nice though and our sandwiches were really good. Read more
