Went to Dennys today in Big Springs. Haven't been to a Denny's in years. I was not disappointed. The entire staff from the... General Manager to the waitress were so pleasant and friendly. I?ve been here for an hour waiting for my food! Poor cook is in the kitchen by himself.. all the customers who are here in the... restaurant have no food. I quit going to Denny's a few years ago because the service got really bad. The place was always filthy and we always had a... problem with our food. I'm very impressed with this Denny's. Friendly service, very clean and the food was great. I willdefinitely be back to this Denny's. Read more
Enjoyed a guilty pleasure breakfast sandwich (burnt brisket ends with egg). Server had so much personality and was a lot of fun,... very attentive but not a helicopter. A little sign at driveway would be nice as it suddenly pops up on you but fortunatelythere's a big empty sand lot next door to pull in, which was probably better anyway for an RV to access the parking lot from theroad behind it. I am beyond disgusted! Just received my breakfast order from Denny's and nothing of it is edible! Of course it's cold. That's... what it always is even when you eat in the restaurants. The English muffins are soaked in the egg water, while I can't even sayfor sure if what I got here is actually egg. It doesn't look like it, nor smells like it and I don't wanna find out what ittastes like. It's also only a bit more than two tablespoons, it wouldn't even be enough for my 6 y.o. Denny's was the place to go 15-20 years ago .. I loved going even with the smoked filled room it was awesome. Now it's just... cheap frozen food with subpar service. The cook came out covered in food. Super unpleasant to see. The food is just a utterdisappointment to say the least. Read more
I had an excellent dining experience at this Denny's. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door. There was a heavy... morning rush, but the waitress named Heather made time to be friendly with everyone. My order was taken quickly after sittingdown. My drinks and breakfast arrived fast. She was the only staff member on the floor at the time, but she never slowed down.My coffee and milk never went empty. Major props to the cook as well. The food was hot and exactly as I requested.
