Hot n Ready was not ready at 6pm. Had to wait for about 25 minutes. Garlic sauce was nasty, I had to throw two of them away. I... had to ask someone in the back if my order was ready because lady at counter decided to just to step outside. Read more
We were traveling through and called in an order. The man who answered the phone was polite and helpful. We do not eat cheese or... meat and it?s not always easy to find a place to eat according to our dietary needs. This order was made perfect!!! I appreciatethe employee on the phone listening and they made a great pizza! I would recommend this store to anyone in the Big Spring areaand will definitely return when in the area! Only has extra most bestest hot and ready not the $5 pizzas as advertised. Seems a little shady like hey the more expensive ones... are the only ones we have ready or you can wait 10min. That?s not cool. If you say it?s hot and ready in those time frames thenhave it hot and ready or take that off the advertisement. Read more
Ordered 3 deep dish 1 topping pizzas with extra sauce (to me, extra sauce just means double the normal amount). When I arrived,... I checked my order because I'm quite used to food orders being incorrect pretty much anywhere in Big Spring. All 3 pizzas barelyhad sauce smears and the cheese pizza (supposed to have extra cheese) had almost no cheese at all. The girl at the counter wasvery nice and offered to remake the pizzas, said it would be 10-15 minutes, and that she'd bring them out. I agreed, and went towait in my car. About 15 minutes later she came out with the pizzas and I thanked her and left. When we got home, I realizedthat there was so much sauce dumped on these pizzas that it was coming out the sides and the little vent holes on the boxes. Thepizzas basically had sauce-soup on top and all around them. I have 3 teenagers so even though I was really upset that someonewould do that, I let the kids dig in while I contacted customer service on the app. Then I dug out a piece for myself, fightingwith it because the topping and sauce was just sliding off. I took a bite and thought it seemed really soft, but it didn't occurto me until the second bite that the pizza was still DOUGH. All 3 pizzas were COMPLETELY dough except for the very edges. Thestore punished ME because they made my pizzas wrong and I wanted them made correctly. I spent $30+ on dinner that we couldn'teven eat, except for the crazy bread. I can't believe that someone would think it was appropriate to do that. Don't get annoyedwith your customers when YOU messed up! I was so upset that I called the corporate number to let them know about the uncookeddough we were served, as well as the other issues. I will NEVER go back to this location. Read more
New here in Big Spring..I have been here a few times..long long line drive through. Wait is Terrible!!! This last time i Waited... for like thirty min..ordered a extra most bestest pepperoni and received a hot n ready Pepperoni.. ordered crazy bread andasked for no sauce with the crazy bread.
