Went in store to get to go order . Totally got our order wrong . Bread was old and stale . Barely any meat on our sandwich?s as... we ordered 2 king Club did not want mayo got it . Did not want spring mix got it . Mac and cheese was horrible. Bill was 40.00 Iwas furious wanted to take back order but my husband was like no we will just never eat there again .. This place has amazing food, the staff is great and ordering through the app is the easiest way to order, pickup and get home.... The orders are quickly filled, pickup time is quick and the orders are always correct. Great staff! Read more
Idk but someone needs major training on how to cut onions for salad. I think I got a full onion in my salad. This is the 3rd... time yall mess up my order I feel like I am at Mc.Donalds at this point. I am not sure if the onions replace the avocado thatwas missing from my salad. Yall should have a Quality person making sure that food being serve is up to your standards. I amvery disappointed because I know yall did better I am not sure what happened. Ordered a ham and cheese melt but I received a cold soggy cheese and tomato sandwich instead. Beyond mad and disappointed to of... wasted my money. This is not the first time my order was completely wrong either. Read more
Not a bad meal for Big Spring. Still feel $20 for a sandwich, soup and a lemonade from a chain is a bit much if you ask me... though. -1 star. Multuple tables were not cleaned, with food remnants still clearly visable despite employees at the counter ontheir phones. I know clean and disinfected surfaces is important to many during the pandemic, but for me, having to bus my owntable = -another star. Read more
I've been to a lot of McAlister's, and this one is awful. The restaurant is filthy, the service is poor, and the club sandwich... was stale. See the dirt on the ceiling around the vents in the lobby photo. Also, the tables were never cleaned during ourentire visit (see photo), and the floor is a greasy mess (see photo, though grease is hard to photograph). The benches at everytable were dirty, even for the few that had a clean top. Even though the deli was not busy, no one came by to clean tables oroffer refills. It took over 5 minutes to order, even though there were no customers ahead of us in line and there were 4employees visiting back-and-forth between the counter and the kitchen. Read more
It was alright, my 4-cheese sandwich was delicious by my salad had a lot of wilted lettuce that I had to pick out. Also bummed... that out of 7 or 8 soup options there wasnt tomato avaliable. The tea is good too, just ask for half-ice because they put a lotof it and it waters down the flavor. The women?s bathroom is half-broken though. (door lock is broken and the paper toweldispenser didn?t work) Read more
