Just went there few minutes ago, I was standing waiting so they can take my order and very bad service two night managers on the... clock and either one of them couldn't take my order. One of them had glasses on and bald and sawe twice didn't even bother totake my order ridiculous bad service..so I left that place never coming back and will spread the word of bad service by themanagers on this night . Long wait for "fast food", I placed an order online thinking that would help speed up the process, well it didn't, if anything I... had to wait longer after going through the line, then being asked to park in a spot, due to me blocking the line behind me, iwatched as 3 other customers ordered and received there food after i parked, to make matters worse by the time i got my food andmade it "Home" which was right down the street, my food was lukewarm. This McDonald's is going down hill very quickly. The last three times we have gone through for burgers our fries are cold and/or... stall. Mornings are getting slower and slower. This time I waited 20 minutes for my order and then asked for a refund. We liveout in the country so it's not convenient to have to go all the way back to town for your mistakes. We shouldn't have to checkbag every time to make sure the order is correct. Read more
Ice machine out of ice. Nuggets were cold and sitting out. You could tell. Looks like a lot of people waiting for food to come... out with to go orders. Didn?t get napkins in my bad. The older lady that took my order was very polite and kind and had a smileon her face. Read more
