Usually fine in my experience. Bad lately. Food was cold, order was missing 3 items and when I tried to explain the issue the... employee didn't seem to understand the problem or that it was something they were both supposed to, and allowed to fix as far asthe food being cold. They did provide the missing items. I'm not gonna take it out on the employees, but they need bettertraining. Read more

I got ripped off. They told me to park up front at the parking lot and they never brought out my order. The cashier was excited... for the boy in the car behind me, he got his order. The five cars that came after also got their orders. Read more

There was only one person there for breakfast. I know she was doing all she could, but she did not tell us that she was the only... one there and that our food would be very delayed. It was 35 to 40 min. Had she told me I could have decided weather or not tostay and order. I was not Givin that option. Very disappointed. Then the food was not prepared properly. No sauce. Yourbreakfast leaves alot to be desired with no sauce. Read more

Ordered a number 6. Strawberry lemonade and was supposed to get an extra taco and chalupa. I got the chalupa but not the other... taco i was charged. The lemonade was extremely watered down. Chalupa was the only good thing. The tacos looked like theywere thrown together and thrown into the bag. Tacos were damaged. This is the first bad experience with this location butsadly doesn't seem like anyone in there cares about taking care of customer. Read more

This taco bell is awful. We ordered two soft tacos and stayed in line for 40 minutes with little to no gas and still haven?t got... our food the women in front of us drove off and i could see she was upset leaving without her food. Read more

Hands down the WORST taco bell I have been too. The lady at the drive thru didnt even get my order correct. I asked her to read... back my order and she threw a fit about it and STILL got my order wrong. Very unprofessional. Read more

This was hands down the worst Taco Bell experience that I have personally ever had. Waited 15 minutes to have my order taken.... Waited 30 more at the window. They opened the window and asked me what I ordered instead of looking at their screens or thereceipt and then gave me nothing I wanted. Not a single item but the drink and sauces were correct. Then I called and told themanager. He didn't seem to really care. He was training new people he said and I understand. But not once during that 30 minsdid I see him trying to make it better. This was a -1/10 experience. Read more
