So subway.com and Google both say this place open at 6. Got here at 650am. Everything looks ready to go. Lady comes out, looks... at clock, and says oh we're not open til 7. So, being that we're on a time line, we're not waiting around. It's in a truck stop,you should update your hours or adhere to what they say they are so we, and other truckers, aren't stopping and wasting ourtime. Read more
The server was crazy rude. was gettig a sub. wile she was warming it up my parber came over and we tryed to place his order ... the server told him he had to wait on line and I said he is with me Im paying. she said that he had to wait anyway after othersgot served. Sub was good last night however store should be 24/7 walked by 6:30 am said it was open on Google maps at 6 and it wasn't lights... were off. Staff was rude well out sign says 7 well google maps says 6 and people don't like at your piece of paper when they're10 miles down the road. Always a horrible experience at this subway was told they don't have the business to be 24/7 once againscrewing truckers. At the minimum shoikd be open at 5am you know when the drivers are leaving so they can get breakfsst. Read more
We eat at Subways all across this country, this is by far the worst! The bread was hard and dry, 6inch Turkey only came with 2... slices!(which everywhere else its 4) Poor unfriendly service, also! Will never stop here again! Read more
Sub way is a big rip off. Rude employees. Prices are going hire, portions you can barely find in your sandwich. You use to get... extra meat and extra cheese at no extra cost. Now you get a pinch of cheese, or 2 little slices of cheese. Meat portion isdown. My husband is a semi truck driver and I always go with him. Lots of subways at pilots. Pilot you need to get rid of thesub ways. I don't like subways cause they are a rip off and most of the employees are rude. Treat you like you are reallybothering them in asking for a sandwich. 9:50pm they close at 10 pm. I realize it's been a long day but she was nice to me rude to my husband, so only I got a sub.... Unfortunately the Italian bread was so dried out it was barely edible. I got a foot long double meat tuna plain. Thru 1/2 away.Don't waste your $ at this Subway. Read more
I'm very disappointed in this branch of Subway! I live 18 miles from this location but it's the only one near my home. I drive... all the way there last night for dinner and there was No bread ready! This is the second time!!! It was already now to late togo home and cook something. So we drive another 21 miles to Ogallala, NE to eat subway! Not Cool!!!!
