Every time I go here, there is always someone new working.. Today was BAD though. There was only one employee.. he was wearing a... dirty Heineken hoodie, and at one point I had to ask him to put gloves on as he put veggies on my sandwich, to which I gotattitude for. He was also texting and skipping through songs while waiting for my sandwich to toast, which I find veryunprofessional. The place was pretty dirty also. I've noticed this subway going downhill lately, but today was awful. It's alsosad, especially because Bigfork has very little food option. Wish people cared more about their job! Read more
I would avoid this subway at all costs. I would not trust anything that goes on inside that building. Expect a nasty, sloppy... sandwich and old hard cookies. Read more
Not impressed. We order once or maybe twice a week. 2 weeks ago, the messed up our bread selection, last week they missed cheese... and tomatoes on my sandwich and cheese on my husband's. Today we ordered protein bowls. No lids, just plastic wrap. 2/3full. Nocheese on either bowl and they put red onions on mine. I decided to call and her excuse? "We've got 6 orders right now, we'rebacked up and just trying to get the food out. We picked up our order over half an hour ago. She did apologize, but that's notgood enough if you're going to try to excuse your way out of it. Read the order. It's clearly listed. 12/7/21 it's been monthssince we have ordered from this store. Tonight we thought we would give them another chance. Ordered on line for curbside pickup. The gal who made our sandwiches clearly saw us pull up out front. She made the sandwiches then went about restocking andtalking to her friends who were sitting at a booth. I walked in and said I'm picking up the on line order and she asks if wewant chips or drinks (order clearly said no) and I said no, and this was supposed to be curbside. (Says that clearly on thereceipt). As I walked out my husband watched as she flipped me off. Really? And you think you deserve to be paid more? I hopethe owner reads this and sends your skinny long blonde haired butt to the unemployment line (sorry didn't get her name). Wehaven't tried our sandwiches yet. Almost afraid to. Who knows if she screwed that up to? Just what I thought. Steak and cheesemelt. Hardly any meat and the entire sandwich was SLOPPY with sauce. I couldn't even attempt to eat it. I ate here last year and it was dirty, the food wasn?t great and there was a lack of staff like everywhere else. Recently,... against my better judgment, I returned. My daughter and I now have food poisoning, thanks bigfork Subway! Read more
This was the smallest wrap I ever purchased. I had Tuna Fish wrap in other parts of the country and they were big. This on had... hardly any Tuna Fish salad on it let alone anything else. A complete rip off. Very upsetting.. Read more
Cat, the young lady who helped me tonight, was EXCEPTIONAL. And as I left, I immediately saw her cleaning the stations. She was... kind, made my sandwich perfectly, and I definitely suggest going in when she is working. Best experience I have had there. Read more
