Staff were friendly, food tasted okay but my drink had a small insect floating among the ice cubes. When I brought it to the... attention of the server she smiled, said someone else had one too and brought me a new drink. I can?t help wondering how manybugs I ate with my meal and didn?t see them. Someone took our orders, our food was brought to us. We didn?t have a waiter since our food order was taken. So I couldn?t get a... refill, or napkins. I had to eat my food without a drink, very dry. Nobody even to give us the bill. I had to ask hostess forthe bill and then some kind waiter who just got to their shift got us our take out boxes. Read more
The 99 is pretty reliable and this one is no different. We were seated straight away when coming in (5:45 on a Wednesday... night), party of 4. Our service was a little slow, other parties came in after us and were able to leave before us. The foodwas fine - had the Carnitas Southwest bowl (lots of flavor, a little dry so get extra dressing), baked haddock (cooked well, buta little lacking in flavor), kids pasta with sauce and kids chicken fingers. This is a great place great food and great service. We've been to one of their other locations. Both places have great customer... service and food . We visit Boston couple times a year for hockey. This is a review for the 99 Restaurant located on the Middlesex Turnpike in Billerica, MA. Love this Nines. Extraordinarily... attentive and friendly staff make this place a joy to visit every time. Leah and Heather in particular are two of the bestbartenders around, and go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience is had by all. The professionalism and positivitydisplayed by the staff is second to none. The same can be said of the kitchen. The menu is typical of such establishments, butwhat sets this location apart is the pride that the folks in back clearly take in their jobs. The food is always excellentregardless of how busy they are, and I greatly appreciate the dedication and skill displayed by both the front and back of houseteams. You won't be disappointed.
