I stop here once in awhile since it?s close by where I work, usually I don?t get food from this location due to allergies/don?t... know the staff well. Coffee was good this morning but the food?..I had eaten part of an avacado toast and realized the bottomhad Bacon slammed into the toast. I spent the next few hours running to the bathroom ????. I?m already irratated from dunkswith the new rewards program but this is the icing on the cake. I?m finishing up $ loaded on my card now and calling it quitsfrom dunks. Coffee from here is hot or miss, With how much bacon was on the bottom I?d rather not know how dirty the surface wasbefore 6am. Read more

Nice location with gas station and drive through option. Ordered sourdough egg and cheese and they were able to happily... customize it for me. I asked for tomatoes on the egg and cheese and they added it that enhanced the taste of the sandwich. Evenfor the egg, they added double for just 3.80$. Really good taste better than other fast food sandwiches or coffee shops. Goodpacking and sandwich was served hot and fresh. Read more

I only go here because it?s literally a minute drive from my house, otherwise I would never come here. To-go orders never ready,... same exact coffee made differently everyday, it?s kind of sad. They spent all this money to renovate it and make a drive thru,but didn?t take the time/money to train some quality employees. Read more

Its a shame that this is the most convenient location to where I live because this is the worst Dunkins on the planet. The... service is horrendous, in both speed and professionalism. I try at all costs to avoid going here. Drive thru... you betterleave early and pack some snacks, because you'll be in line for a while. I never leave reviews, but this time I will make an exception. I tried to give the place a chance. I really did. But today is... the straw that broke the camels back. And I will never be coming back to this location ever again. I have been going to thisdunks since before their renovation. Since the addition of a drive through, the new staff has consistently either messed up myorder or given me someone else's Coffee. Shame on me for not realizing it until I had already left the premises, but shouldn'tthey get it right the first time?! And it's not justvthe drive through that's the problem. Going inside the building, the staffseem to joke around and not even acknowledge the people in line. They just go about their business, joking around yelling backand forth with each other. No "hi I'll be right with you" or "sorry for the wait" just "what can I get you?" With a personalitythat shows they really don't care to be employed there. Today I ordered my regular coffee it's not a complicated order. It's amedium French vanilla iced extra extra. The woman on the headset SCOFFED at me and laughed as if I was being ridiculous ornovercomplicated. I've worked in customer service for 10+ years. Scoffing at a customer for a simple order is NEVER acceptable. Imsorry I'm patronizing your store. To make matters worse. My coffee was wrong. They gave me a caramel coffee. I don't typically take the time to review places, especially a Dunkin's. I go into an early morning breakfast place with a... certain level of expectations but this place is just terrible. I've been working in this area for two years now and I go out ofmy way to get breakfast and a coffee anywhere else. They did a good job with the renovation of the store and gas station, whichyou would think the investment would change the attitudes and efficiency of the store. The people have zero regard for time andit feels like they go out of their way to take as much time as possible to keep you waiting. The level of energy matches theattitudes and personality of the staff. There is one younger woman there who is personable and energetic but aside from her,that place ruins my day. Read more

New drive-thru at this Gas station - Dunkin Donuts. I was happy to go back and buy my coffee early in the morning due to new... drive-thru. Couple times I have been to drive-thru and my coffee cup is dirty...either lid or cup or both lid and cup so dirtyevery time I have been to this new drive thru. I felt yuck... I do not want to drink this coffee. Especially during this covid- covid is not over yet... everyone be aware when you buy coffee or food at this place.
