Waited in line for drive thru out to the street, only to be told their credit card machine was down, I would have to go inside?... They can't walk to the point of sale terminal 6 feet away? went inside ordered my coffee and they didn't make it right nevergoing back I asked the lady why she couldnt walk 6 feet to the register from the drive thru and said it's because she didn'twant to? ok thanks never coming back here and they had 2 other workers standing around looking at each other? Sleepy Saturday at 3p. Seven employees? yes 7! One other customer inside besides me. 2 in drive thru. Took 10 minutes to get 1... egg n cheese. Lots of fooling around. Little work being done. And the girl managing the register? Had the personality of a deadfly. I know it?s hard to get good help but fire all the women. The boys were the only ones actually working. Read more
Because the staff at this location has been nothing less than cheerful and kind towards me, I?m giving them 5 stars (even though... Went to this Dunkin? on a Sunday afternoon at 5:50 September 12th, 2021, and I heard the staff talking about me ( a regular... customer) and complaining as to why I ordered a hot chai pumpkin latte, she had a horrible attitude, and that was the secondtime I went there that same day, and she still had the same snippy attitude, corporate was notified about this worker. The weekstaff are nice but the weekend staff are just lazy and rude. I threw out my coffee because who would want a beverage from aplace that offered horrible service and had sketchy workers. Not me. Visiting town for the week so I stopped by this dunks 2 days in a row. First day they did not spread the cream cheese on the... bagel. Ok honest mistake. 2nd day I went through the drive through where I asked for 2x cream cheeses (I really like creamcheese) and they specifically asked if I wanted them to spread it. So I said yes please. When I got back to my hotel excited tosink my teeth into a very cream cheesy bagel I opened it up to find NO cream cheese on the bagel and only 1 in the bag. It?s onething to not put it on the bagel but it is unexplainable to not give a customer something they paid for. Read more
