I had bad experience today! I order happy meal and the guy gave me happy meal without drink and Ketchup. Also the apple slice... was already open. I gave back to the guy and he didn't return me new apple slice. Read more
Went to grab breakfast, we found a mess some bratty kid had spilled a drink all over the floor. Manager cleaned it up while we... waited for our order. McDonald's has taken the Fast out of Fast Food. Wait times for orders is bordering on the ridiculous as is the COMPLETE lack of... concern for the customer's experience. Most frequently there is no staff member manning the register or pick up area - andtrying to get their attention or assistance is absolutely impossible. Staff can be seen and heard having private, non workrelated conversations without any regard for the customers waiting to order or pick up food. The absolute disregard forcustomers extends to the serious lack of cleanliness throughout the store. Read more

Ordered mobile for curbside pick up. I called and told the lady on the phone. She said ohhh we didn?t get anything regarding... that.
