Went to grab breakfast, we found a mess some bratty kid had spilled a drink all over the floor. Manager cleaned it up while we... waited for our order. McDonald's has taken the Fast out of Fast Food. Wait times for orders is bordering on the ridiculous as is the COMPLETE lack of... concern for the customer's experience. Most frequently there is no staff member manning the register or pick up area - andtrying to get their attention or assistance is absolutely impossible. Staff can be seen and heard having private, non workrelated conversations without any regard for the customers waiting to order or pick up food. The absolute disregard forcustomers extends to the serious lack of cleanliness throughout the store. Read more
First and only time I will walk into this place was today. Where do I begin....Rudeness and incompetence of the staff. (You... have ONE job) Just went for a drink with my Fiance. She ordered a Medium Slushie I ordered small Ice Black coffee. Seems simpleenough. No, it wasn't. I was told they don't serve small Ice coffees by the Asian Woman working the register. So I said mediumis fine. She said hot or cold. Ice usually means cold, no? Then she asked cream and sugar? Caramel? No. Black coffee isblack coffee. My Fiance ended up with a small smoothie. On the SMALL smoothie cup it said coffee which is weird because I wastold they don't have small ice coffee. Then we ordered from the app A chicken nugget with a free medium fry as they do onFridays. They brought the nuggets but no fries. The Manager brought them and was beyond rude and dismissive anytime I tried toexplain even showing her what I ordered from my phone to the point she threw a small fry...not a medium in front of my Fiancealong with literally slapping me receipt on the table saying "see? No fries" Miss, I'm not trying to get over on you with freeFrench fries which they offer free on your app. Once done, the Asian woman came to our table and tried giving us someone else'sfood that was sitting on the counter when we literally just ordered and ate. Honestly the worst McDonald?s around. Slow service and your food is never correct or your missing items. There isn?t one time... I?ve gone here and they got my order correct or put all the items in my bags. Read more
I stopped in for a large unsweetened ice tea. They graciously gave me the tea, in a timely manner. I tasted it before I left, as... I always do. It was sweet tea. I'm diabetic, it could have been a problem. I told him about the mix-up. I wasn't mad. Hesweetly gave me th right tea with a card for free good. I was pleased even though I don't eat their food. Ordered mobile for curbside pick up. I called and told the lady on the phone. She said ohhh we didn?t get anything regarding... that. I said it?s a Big Mac, a sandwich & etc. She goes come in and we can order it for you. I?m like I already paid for it. Myson went in and it was ready in a bag.
