Stopped in for a late lunch with my sons. I had the steak tips with fries and sautéed spinach. The steak tips were awesome.... Tender, juicy and in a delicious marinade. Spinach was cooked perfect. One of my sons had chicken, broccoli and penne dish, alsodelicious. Our server was Kelly, we was very polite and attentive. Overall, a great meal. Read more
Decent pizza but mozzarella we’re definitely frozen and not great. But fries and tots were 10/10.
Staying at a nearby hotel and this place was on the list of places that delivered. They do not deliver; they allow DoorDash.... However, we had five hungry kids and did not want another night of pizza. Ordered buffalo wings with a side of ranch; receivedbbq wings with a side of blue cheese. Ordered the chicken, broccoli and penne; it was lukewarm, chicken looked like chunks ofleftover fried chicken and pasta barely had sauce. At $16.95 a plate, I expected it to not only look better but taste better. Inmy opinion the prices are on the higher end for the quality. We don’t live in the area and will not be back. This was a toughpill to swallow—our entire bill was $111+. Way overpriced. Read more
We're travelers from NJ and needed a place we could take our 4 year old, but that had good food. Everything came out hot and... fast, the pasta with meatballs for my daughter was really good, the steak tips were delicious. Service was quick and thewaitress was polite. Definitely try them out. Entrance looks a bit confusing, cause it looks like it's always closed. Inside presents a very enjoyable atmosphere, kinda dark... and intimate in a way. Great for small groups, good menu for social gatherings. They have upbeat music & offer liveentertainment on certain days and you can always call ahead to see what's going on. Cant remember the name of the dish Iordered, which I ended up swapping for french fries because I disliked it so much, but it had artichoke hearts in it and thewhole dish tasted like just that. This was my first time coming to Newtowne Grille. Walking in the semi empty place I didnt have high hopes but when the food came... out my jaw dropped. The portions were huge, the appitisers were amazing. The spinach and artichoke dip was the best I've everhad and the cheesy fries were out of this world! The mac and cheese that my sister ordered for a meal was some of the best I'vetasted at a resturant ever! I could tell everything was freshly made and it was delicious!
