In store is very run down and needs attention. They only had 3 tables in the entire store, pallets of merchandise just sitting... in the main area and a chalkboard labeled September despite visiting in December. Edit: Dropping down to 1 start. Owner'sresponse that I need to fill in some form to have them actually care about the state of their own store is ridiculous! I alreadyspent some of my time to provide feedback and now they ask for more. Absolutely disgusted by this. Read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I ordered a medicine ball and waited over 35 minutes for it. There were over... 10 people who came after me and left with their order. Mobile orders were being done before mine. People ordering complicatedcoffee drinks had their order ready before mine. I took my refund and left. Definitely a frequent flyer at Starbucks. I make several coffee runs each week, but it?s hit or miss at this location. I... typically order dairy-free drinks and my order is often underwhelming compared to other locations. On the off days, I?ve waiteda half hour for a mobile order, I?ve left with a drink 3/4 full, drinks that were made incorrectly/missing ingredients, or madewith burnt and overly- steamed alt. milk This is obviously disappointing when the cost of the drinks are on the higher endanyway, but also require additional fees for alternative milk products. The inconsistency is enough of a reality where it'schallenging to know what you'll get. That being said, when this location is on point, they're really on point. Read more

I?m sure I am not alone when I say I go to a Starbucks location everyday. It?s always somewhat of a challenge for me when... ordering for multiple people at those times when the ?order ahead? on the app is not available lol. Today after I had noticedat the pick-up window I had botched the order of one of my drinks ???????????, the barista who I believe was Micaylaimmediately in a the kindest way said she could re-make it real quick. Which she did ????. I have never been more impressed by anyone working at any Starbuck location. She was well within her rights to tell me I ordered wrong etc. and she did the completeopposite. They are fast, but the drive-thru line is half the time wrapped around the area. Their machine goes down more often than it... should and you end up going there to see a paper that says "mobile orders only". They definitely need to update their drivethrough area, like a new intercom and menu. Newer Starbucks have the digital screens where you can see the person taking yourorder. It feels much more personal and I feel this starbucks could benefit from that Read more

Great place to get my coffee fix even when my order is 41.14 because I wanted 5 drinks. Drinks are amazing as usual and you... should give the two girls, who helped me with my order, both raises. They did a fantastic job, I will definitely be back,hopefully next time I won't spend so much but we shall see. Read more
