Reviews for Albertsons in Billings, MT

I just left this location after using the app to pick up my groceries. The woman who brought out my order shouldn't work in... customer service. If you're going to throw your arms up like a toddler and roll your eyes at me asking where I want my grocerieswhile I am ACTIVELY popping my trunk for you, you need a different job. Extremely rude. Hope your attitude gets better. Read more

This location has THE best floral and plants. I have seen other Albertsons and other stores that have flowers, in Billings and... across the state. This one is hands down the best. All the plants look super healthy, displays were arranged neatly and an ampleselection of vases and gifts to add to your flower or plant arrangement. What a selection! The florist was friendly and sohelpful. When I buy flowers and accompanying gifts, I am really picky. I can't stand it when you purchase something and you getit home or give it to someone and you're disappointed by quality. Outstanding place and very knowledgable florist! Read more

We all know albertsons. Pricing is usually high unless you coupon shop. However I do appreciate the friendliness of the staff at... the heights location. That is what keeps us coming back! Read more

I do some grocery shopping here, but prices are higher than some competition. I do love the pharmacy here. It is by far the best... choice for Billings Heights residents. Staff is always friendly and quick. Read more

One of the best grocery options in the Billings Heights though not a lot of alternatives. I recommend visit during off times... like early morning or no later than 11am otherwise selection of fresh items like produce, dairy, and meat is limited. You'llalso have to wait a while to be checked out. They do have a few self check out lanes but there's always a line and doesn't savetime if you have more than a hand basket. Aisles are tight but overall well organized. We can usually find what we're lookingfor though don't expect to find those specialty ingredients. There's an on-site Starbucks and pharmacy that provides greatservice and the rewards program is decent. You can tell Albertsons is trying to make an effort with things like dry aged beef, local produce options, and selection of dietary restriction items (gluten free, dairy free, and meat alternatives) but wouldlove to see more. It was terrible! No carts available. Only two checkouts. People were backed up into the aisles. Shipping boxes all over. Many... empty shelves. I will have to shop somewhere else. Read more

I like that it's clean and not huge like Walmart. So if I need a couple things real fast I can run in and out FAST. this is a... big deal because I have 4 kids. I have come to rely on online ordering then picking up because I don't want to have to drag 4kids all around the store with me. They are pricey and I don't frequently shop here because of that. BUT it's convenient, theyalways have what I need and self check out is usually open if the other lines are too long. Read more
